The current opportunity lies within the Communication Business Unit, where you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and sales analysis. This position requires expertise in sales business intelligence, reporting, and analytics. By leveraging sales reporting and analytics, our team offers insights into the sales pipeline of the Business Unit by consolidating data from sales, customer, and financial channels to provide a comprehensive view of sales performance. Key Responsibilities: - Support Sales and Delivery operations by managing key metrics such as revenue, OB, Invoicing, Billing, COD, etc. - Demonstrate a strong understanding and application of statistics, utilizing statistical tools for predictive analytics. - Design, execute, and oversee Sales Analytics and Reporting for large enterprises to derive valuable sales insights. - Extract actionable insights from extensive datasets (both Structured and Unstructured) through Data Mining and Data Cleansing techniques. - Analyze outcomes, generate reports, and develop dashboards featuring relevant KPIs and measures to guide senior management and the sales force in decision-making. - Engage in business analysis, decision support, and utilization of various reporting systems to enhance sales execution. - Communicate findings and offer pertinent recommendations to key leadership stakeholders, including Sales, Presales, and Leadership, by employing analytics to address real business challenges and issues.
