JD Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
Lead and manage projects related to new center launches, expansions, and
renovations.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate internal teams, contractors, designers, and suppliers.
2. Space Design & Setup
Collaborate with architects and interior designers to align space layouts with brand
standards.
Manage fit-outs, furniture procurement, IT infrastructure, and utilities setup.
Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety, and accessibility standards.
3. Stakeholder Management
Act as the point of contact for all stakeholders including landlords, vendors, and
internal teams.
Provide regular updates to senior management and escalate risks as needed.
4. Budgeting & Cost Control
Track project expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
Conduct vendor negotiations and oversee procurement processes.
5. Quality Assurance
Perform regular site inspections to ensure work is executed per specifications.
Ensure that centers are ready for handover with all operational elements in place.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,348.78 - ₹79,208.08 per month
