Job Title: Project Manager – HVAC (Airconditioning & Ventilation) Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Experience: Minimum 5 Years Industry: HVAC / MEP Employment Type: Full Time Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully handling Airconditioning and Ventilation system projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Site Engineers, overseeing multiple project sites, and ensuring timely execution within budget and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end execution of HVAC projects (VRF, Chillers, Ductable ACs, Ventilation Systems, etc.). Lead and supervise a team of site engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project progress. Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation. Review HVAC designs and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all project sites. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and track material consumption. Conduct site inspections and review project progress regularly. Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings as required.
