Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of ultra-luxury projects.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards expected in premium housing.
Monitor project progress against timeline, budget, and quality parameters.
Oversee procurement planning and materials management.
Maintain client, investor, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement safety protocols and regulatory compliance on site.
Control costs by managing contractor bills, negotiations, and BOQs.
Regular site visits to monitor quality and resolve on-site challenges.
Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and updates for management review.
Interface with sales and marketing for project positioning and timely handover.
Ensure timely completion of works and smooth coordination for possession/handover

Preferred candidate profile

Strong project management and execution skills.
Expertise in construction of premium/luxury residential buildings.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Strong vendor and contractor management.
Eye for design detailing, high-end finishes, and luxury material specs.
Good knowledge of local building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
