Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable engineering tasks.
Manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, project plans, and status reports.
Provide guidance on system integration of electronics with mechanical and software subsystems.
Oversee electronics testing, validation, and verification activities
Experience in writing and executing test protocols •
Skilled in using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and data acquisition systems. Proficient in root cause analysis and debugging complex electronics systems in lab and field environments

Clear and concise written and verbal communication. •
Works well with cross-functional teams including QA/RA,
Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Design.
