Job Description

You are a highly experienced Senior Project Manager responsible for leading a hospital construction project. With a minimum of 15 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in hospital building construction, you possess the expertise needed for this role. Your key responsibilities include overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of the hospital construction project. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved. Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively is crucial, along with ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process and providing regular updates and reports to senior management are also part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects is essential, along with strong leadership and communication skills. You should be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and have familiarity with hospital construction standards and regulations. Possessing a PMP or similar project management certification is preferred. Your skills should include excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in project management software, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
