You will be expected to manage and track projects, ensuring that quality deliverables are met. Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and certification in these areas would be advantageous. It is essential to possess a strong understanding of project implementation. Your technical expertise as a Project Lead should encompass various aspects such as project planning, budgeting, contingency planning, scheduling, and evaluation. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being a plus. Experience in JAVA based projects would be beneficial. Knowledge of change management, configuration management, documentation practices, and project health management techniques are desirable. Familiarity with internal and external audit processes is also valuable. Strong problem-solving skills, customer management abilities, and effective communication are key attributes for this role. All Project Lead positions are based at Evolvus CoE in Bangalore. Candidates must have a valid passport at the time of on-boarding and be willing to travel to client locations based on project requirements.
