Project Head ( Civil)

Job Summary:

The Project Head (Civil) will be responsible for overall planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects within time, cost, and quality standards. This role involves managing project teams, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and statutory regulations, and achieving project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution
• Prepare detailed project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead all stages of project execution from pre-construction to commissioning.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth workflow.
• Team Leadership
• Supervise project engineers, site in-charges, and technical staff.
• Monitor workforce performance and ensure adherence to project goals.
• Cost & Quality Management
• Ensure cost-effective project execution without compromising quality.
• Implement quality control processes and conduct regular inspections.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure adherence to building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Promote and monitor health and safety measures on-site.
• Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain regular MIS, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• M.E. / M.Tech in Civil / Construction Management (mandatory)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
