Heat Load calculation. Selection of equipment, duct & pipe routing. Preparation of shop drawings, specifications & quality issues record. Inspections & approval of materials up on receipt. Measurement certification Preparation of snag list (if any) & rectification of the same. Preparation of system manuals, Organizing the operate training & BMS works coordination. To take care of project management of medium and big size projects for architects, corporate & developers. Attending site meetings, projects kick-off meeting, witnessing pre-start-up & start-up & to plan accordingly. a) To check quotations prepared by sales engineer before sending to client. b) To attend project finalization meetings with clients. To check drawings & design prepared by design team and to coordinate approval of the same with consultants & architects /clients. To Interact with customer/consultant /Architect for new projects. To communicate with OEM’s of A.C. Machines, AHU’s, Fans & to develop better relationship. Final Bill Certification & job Closeout, Payment follow-ups with client • Billing Follow-up with commercial team. Education qualification BE mechanical engineering *Two Wheeler Mandatory*
