Job Description

The key Role of this position to provide the below. Projects

1. Project Planning and Design:

  • Understanding the client's needs and translating them into technical requirements for security systems like CCTV, access control, fire alarms, etc.
  • Develop detailed designs for security systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, intrusion detection, and perimeter security systems etc. Developing detailed designs and schematics for the security systems, including camera placement, network layout, and integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Estimate project costs, including materials, labor, and other resources, and develop a project budget.
  • Preparing detailed project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and design plans.
  • Checking of materials received on site & Invoice signup from client.
  • Arrange proper stacking of materials received at the site and keep a record of the same.
  • Work out quantity & submit daily report of site.
  • Timely closer of the project within the cost.

2. Procurement and Vendor Management:

  • Identifying and selecting appropriate equipment and materials based on the projects requirements.
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment, ensuring quality and compatibility with the project.
  • Ensuring that all procured materials and equipment meet the quality standards and project requirements.

3. Project Implementation:

  • Overseeing the installation of security systems, ensuring that all work is carried out according to design specifications and industry standards.
  • Managing and coordinating the work of technicians, subcontractors, and other team members involved in the project.
  • Ensuring that all components of the security system are properly integrated and function as intended. This includes testing the systems and making necessary adjustments.
  • Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
  • To get the site work done in time with proper Quality and timely finish of work.
  • Review and supervision of all equipment installations, wiring, according to product manuals.

4. System Configuration and Commissioning:

  • Configuring software, network settings, and hardware to meet the operational requirements of the security system.
  • Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during installation or system operation.
  • Conducting final testing and commissioning of the system, ensuring that it is fully operational and meets the client's expectations.

5. Project Management:

  • Developing and maintaining a project schedule, ensuring that milestones are met on time.
  • Monitoring project costs and ensuring that the project stays within budget.
  • Identifying potential risks to the project and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of employee attendance.

6. Client Communication and Support:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Providing training to the client's staff on how to operate and maintain the security systems.
  • Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the security systems after the project is completed.

7. Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensuring that all security systems comply with relevant local, national, and industry regulations and standards.
  • Ensuring PPE Kit must follow up in site.
  • First aid Box must provide in Site
  • When a client or stakeholder reports a complaint, listen carefully to understand the issue without interrupting. This shows respect and concern.

• Acknowledge the complaint promptly. Let the client or stakeholder know that their concerns are being taken seriously.

• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols during the installation and operation of security systems.

• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.

• Enforcing site safeties to minimize work-related accidents and injuries

• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

• To ensure the safety & security of all Men and Materials at his sites at all times.

8. Documentation and Reporting:

• Preparing regular reports on project progress, budget, and any issues encountered.

• Providing detailed as-built documentation at the end of the project, including drawings, configurations, and operation manuals.

9. Technical Expertise:

• Stay updated with the latest security technologies and best practices to ensure the solutions provided are cutting-edge.

• Apply technical knowledge to solve complex issues that arise during the design, installation, or operation of security systems.

10. Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the project goals.

• Mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
