You are a highly skilled Teams Voice Consultant (Tier 3 Support Operations) joining a growing technical operations team. In this critical support role, you will be responsible for managing advanced Microsoft Teams, SIP/VOIP, and telephony-related issues across a global client base. With a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Tier 3 support and a total of 8+ years overall experience in the voice/telecom domain, you possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Skype for Business, Audiocodes/Ribbon SBCs, SIP/VOIP protocols, LAN/WAN networking, and migration experience from Cisco/Avaya to Microsoft Teams DR (voice). Your key responsibilities include providing 3rd line support for customers and resellers via email and phone, acting as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Teams and SBC deployment, monitoring systems using tools like OVOC and SolarWinds, handling complex escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, using Incident Management Systems to track and resolve issues, working with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and execute deliverables, planning and managing personal ticket queues while meeting SLAs, delivering training and support internally and externally, sharing technical knowledge with users and junior colleagues, being available for on-call 24x7 support when required, and proactively maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction. Preferred skills for this role include familiarity with Cisco CUCM and Avaya voice platforms, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong communication and documentation ability, and experience in project deployment and client onboarding.
