Project Coordinator-Solar(Electrical)

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in the solar and electrical domain to support the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the project manager, engineering teams, and clients to ensure timely completion of project milestones in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end project activities related to solar and electrical installations. Assist project managers in planning schedules, resource allocation, and documentation. Track project progress, timelines, and budget, and prepare regular status reports. Handle procurement follow-ups and manage vendor coordination. Support site engineers with materials management and documentation. Conduct site visits as needed for project monitoring and coordination. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on-site. Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, drawings, BOQs, and work orders. Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Requirements: Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, EEE, or related fields. Experience: 1 to 3 years in project coordination or project execution in solar/Electrical domain. Familiarity with solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and LT/HT panels. Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools. Good communication and organizational skills.
