Project coordinator need to be give input to the project manager to set and communicate the project vision, goals and expectations, assign role and responsibilities and provide support. Weekly attained project work progress meeting with project manager at office and circulate mom . Weekly attained / do physical checking work progress along with project manager. To discuss and resolves challenges such resources, labor, raw material, site clearance with manager. To ensure instruction given by project manager should reflect at ground level or in execution. To attained client meeting, structural engineer meeting or others relates at site and circulate mom. Ensuring that site work processes adhere to established quality standards and procedures, identifying areas for improvement in quality and quantity control and recommending changes in it. Providing training to the site team along with project manager on quality and quantity control procedures and best practices.
