Designation: Project Coordinator

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Pune

Education Qualification: MBA (Operation) + B.E./B.Tech – Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum meetings, backlog planning, and retrospectives.
• Track progress, raise technical or regulatory roadblocks.
• Coordinate across instrumentation, QA, electrical, and plant and cross teams.
• Advocate for continuous integration/testing of automation systems.
• Safeguard squad time and shield from non‑development distractions.
• Host cross-team syncs to handle dependencies between systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety and quality.
• Assist Project Managers in scheduling, tracking, and coordinating project tasks
• Follow up with internal engineering teams, vendors, and site engineers
• Maintain project documentation, MOMs, delivery schedules, and reporting formats
• Handle status updates for ongoing projects
• Support in resource allocation, planning coordination

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Working understanding of JIRA workflow administration and tracking
• Basic understanding of project workflows in automation/instrumentation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of tools like Zoho Projects, MS Project, or similar (preferred)
• Strong time management and documentation skills
