JOB DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT MANAGER

Ability to have potential of Job Planning and Sequencing.

Ability to do strategic planning of the correct resources to ensures project completion.

Ability to analyze drawings for accurate installing of systems.

Ability to List down the production process required with respect to codes/fabrication practices. Prepare production process sheet.

Ability to estimate time for each operation

Ability to Ensure 100% material deliverance and alternate solutions at times when stocks not-available

Ability to follow up for execution of activities so that items are available prior to requirement on job.

Ability to generate productivity improvement initiatives.

Ability to Initiating meetings with client for technical clarifications pertaining to projects.

Ability to Predicting and initiating additional requirements as required based on client

Ability to conduct KRA for commissioning and services team.

Ability to arrange in-house training on new systems for engineers.

Ability to interact with vendors to understand systems to be proposed.

Ability to interact with clients to understand the technical aspects of new enquiries. Accordingly freezing the system architecture and suggest the right solution best suited.

Ability to Initiating and maintaining billing of sites under AMC.

Ability to provide visit feedbacks and actions taken to clients for necessary approvals.

Ability to produce final billing for project closure.

Ability to prepare complete project documentation and project backups for future referrals for projects completed and handed over.

Ability to prepare handover documents and handing over of sites.

Ability to keep records of site progress.

Ability to scheduling commissioning activities as per project completion dates.

Ability to Preparing MIS Reports.

Ability to preparing Management Reports.

Job Responsibilities

· Effectively handling a team of people

· Developing project concept, definition, feasibility, strategy for successful project implementation

· Reviewing, monitoring and expediting the contractor’s activities and accountable for progress reporting to Management (MIS) on the budget & schedule on monthly basis

· Conducting monthly progress review meetings and weekly technical meetings

· Overseeing preparation & compilation of tender documents, bid proposals, project specifications and contract terms & conditions

· Monitoring, supervising and coordinating preparation of tender drawings / specifications & finalization of requirements, estimates and BOQ

· Directing, leading and motivating the design and execution team; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency

· Resolving interpersonal issues & working towards a harmonious work environment
