Requirement: Should have good communication skill. Should have good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet activities. Responsibilities : Post-Sales Follow-Up: Make timely post-sales follow-up calls to collect required details on time from the completed clients. Update the status in the CRM. Project Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day project operations , Identify and resolve project issues to ensure timely delivery. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within timelines and budget. Develop and maintain project implementation plans and activity calendars. Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner to resolve client inquiries and issues. Report daily and monthly activities. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and effectively convey information to clients.
