The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of architectural design experience, a strong proficiency in drawing review, a keen eye for detail, and advanced knowledge of building codes and statutory compliance. This role involves collaborating with clients, design teams, and consultants to deliver high-quality architectural solutions while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities The following are key responsibilities but not limited to; Review and assess coordinated GFC , ensuring they are accurate, detailed, with respect to compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure that design specifications are met and statutory requirements are adhered to. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality, ensuring design intent and compliance are maintained. Provide expert advice on building codes, zoning laws, and statutory compliance for all stages of the project. Prepare and coordinate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and compliance checklists. Maintain an updated knowledge of evolving codes, regulations, and best practices in architecture. Support senior architects and project managers in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Education and Qualifications Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). In-depth knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance. Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in design and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Technical Skills Experience in large-scale projects across commercial, residential, or mixed-use sectors. Certification in LEED, GRIHA, or other sustainability frameworks is a plus. Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) processes. Project feasibility in terms of FSI and BUA Knowledge of sustainable materials and practices.

ABOUT THE ROLE This position will have a design/technical focus and be a member of our multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with design and technical leadership and will be an integral part of project teams. Under the direct supervision of a Licensed Architect and project leadership the primary responsibilities will include the following: HERES WHAT YOULL DO Independently and under limited direction, contribute as part of a multi-disciplinary team; design, selection, coordination and architectural detailing. Prepare and contribute to design and presentation efforts utilizing Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch-Up, and other programs as required. Independently develop and manage the REVIT model to produce plans, elevations, and sections. With limited direction, produce REVIT section and plan details within all architectural phases. Prepare preliminary design sketches of small to moderate-sized site plans. Communicate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project documents. Assist in the development of design and concept drawings. Assist in coordination of engineering systems with engineers. May take on a leadership role within the team on a particular project issue or topic. Review shop drawing submittals with some guidance from the Project Architect. May attend field site inspections, which frequently involves a physical walk-through of the site. Attend and actively participate in project team meetings Perform other duties as assigned. HERES WHAT YOULL NEED Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required. Minimum 4 years of related professional experience required. Council of Architecture - India certificate required. Must be able to participate the development of projects technical or design characteristics and content. Strong creative design portfolio is essential as are strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects. Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
