The core responsibility of the Manager - Sales in Mumbai is to build and sustain the Mediasmart business for the respective region. This involves penetrating direct brand partnerships, fostering agency relations, and establishing thought leadership within the branding ecosystem. We are seeking experienced brand sales enthusiasts with an entrepreneurial mindset to replicate and scale the platform's success within India, mirroring its global achievements. Engage at leadership levels with top advertisers to create joint business plans and drive them to success. Systematically drive thought leadership within the branding ecosystem for your brand. Build an active sales pipeline for large Agency/Trading Desk deals and Brand IO business, ensuring quarterly goal achievement for the region as the regional leader. Lead sales for Affle's MediaSmart programmatic and proximity platform, CTV, and mDMP proposition to leading agencies, trading desks, and advertisers in the region. Instil a culture of collaboration and accountability among the team. Drive revenue growth by activating new accounts and enabling the direct sales team to boost programmatic revenue. Optimize programmatic platforms for maximum revenue generation. Conduct periodic evaluation of RTB programs, identify new opportunities, and present growth recommendations. Provide periodic reporting and analysis of programmatic efforts. Establish and maintain strong relationships with programmatic players in the market. Collaborate with global Client Services, Supply, and Marketing teams to ensure success for onboarded clients. Attend industry events to represent mediasmart and identify growth trends in the digital advertising ecosystem.
