A solid grasp of entrepreneurship, startup environments, and business innovation opportunities is essential. Your exceptional communication skills will be pivotal in effectively engaging with students and parents. Displaying empathy and patience while handling parental concerns related to non-traditional career paths is crucial. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and student engagement platforms is required.
