Professional Pass CS Intern in Greater Noida, Delhi NCR

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, RERA, SEBI, MCA and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in Insolvency Resolution Process of companies assigned to the firm
• Handle ROC filings, board meetings, AGMs, and corporate governance matters.
• Draft and review legal agreements, MOUs, contracts, and property-related documents.
• Maintains statutory records, registers, and reports as per legal requirements.
• Conducting Secretarial Audit and Compliance Investigation.
• Handling corporate administration, regulatory updates and compliance management work.
• Helping in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganization.

Preferred candidate profile

• Professional Pass (All Group)

  Company Secretary (CS).
• 0-1 years of experience.
• Knowledge of RERA, Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle corporate legal compliance and secretarial functions independently.
• Knowledge of Digital & AI Prefered
• Internship for 21 months as per ICSI requirement
