Overseeing the production process. Drawing up a production schedule. Knowledge of supervising web offset and sheetfed printing machines and binding, Lamination Dealing with Binders Ensuring that the production is cost effective. Making sure that product is produced on time and is of good quality. Working out the human and material resources needed. Estimating costs and setting the quality standards. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs. Preventive and regular maintenance of machines. Proper control on wastages and workers‘ efficiency.
