Roles and Responsibilities Oversee production planning, scheduling, and control to ensure timely delivery of products. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operation of the plant. Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Handle manpower effectively by training, developing, and motivating team members. Ensure compliance with quality standards through regular audits and kaizen initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in a similar role in an auto components industry. Bachelor's degree (B.Com or B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university. Strong knowledge of PPC management, production planning control, production supervising, production scheduling, Kaizen implementation, lean manufacturing, and manpower handling.
