Production Supervisor

Position : Production Supervisor (Preferable in food industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to determine the production capacity of each section.
• Gain and impart knowledge on cost effective production techniques.
• Responsible to be cost conscious and be aware on section wise production efficiency.
• Prepare production plan for perishable, short life and long life products in coordination with Executive Chef.
• Ensure & verify that every production sections have received the production plan.
• Ensure that there are sufficient staffs in each section to manage production asper the plan.
• Responsible to be self-updated and impart knowledge to subordinates on raw materials used, quality standards, production standards and production techniques used by the organization.
• Ensure that every section has procured raw materials within their allotted time
• Monitor and update the stock in chiller room.
• Responsible to monitor and keep track of the production output, time of completion & damages.
• Verify that shop name is clearly mentioned in trays, trolleys and crates for dispatch.
• Verify and update the stock in finished goods store.
• Ensure that accurate count and weight of products are intimated to billing staff from different production sections.
• Ensure the cleanliness of production sections.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s in Food Science, Manufacturing, food engineering or related field

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in food production or manufacturing

Skills & Abilities:

Ability to prepare and execute production plan, Knowledge in quality standards, Knowledge about raw material used, Manpower management skills, Time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
