Role Description:

This full-time on-site role for a Production Merchandiser in Gurgaon involves managing the entire order process for our retail stores, ensuring smooth operations for both ready-to-wear and custom-made products. Responsibilities include coordinating with production teams, sourcing materials, maintaining strong supplier and client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality garments.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage the end-to-end order process for retail stores

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with production teams and suppliers

•⁠ ⁠Source and procure materials

•⁠ ⁠Analyze sales and inventory data

•⁠ ⁠Drive product and category growth

•⁠ ⁠Prepare production and inventory reports

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠3+ years in fashion merchandising, focusing on couture, menswear, and embroidery

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of garment construction and production

•⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational and communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Experience in managing product categories and driving sales growth

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English

Salary: 30k-40k/month
