Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency. Ensure compliance with quality standards by monitoring productivity levels and identifying areas for improvement. Develop and implement effective production schedules using tools like Batch Planning and Production Planning. Oversee factory operations, including shift planning, batch processing, and manpower handling. Plan production activities, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements. Professional Qualification: Diploma-Mechanical or B.Tech/B.E - Mechanical, Production/Industrial who is having 5-10 years of experience in similar profile in any organization (preferably FMCG Industry). Personal Qualification: Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of production processes and quality control Familiarity with FMCG industry standards and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software People from FMCG industry will have advantage for this post.
