Production Manager

A person with experience in managing the production unit of custom high-end luxury furniture &
cabinets, bags & wallets who have dealt in Leather & Metal industry. Production planning,setting up production processes, Vendor development, timely delivery, stock optimization would be the key skills required. Prior experience in the high-end custom Furniture manufacturing industry would be preferred.Education- Graduate in any stream.Experience- Minimum 10+ yrs in manufacturing industry of leather & metal likeFurniture/Handicraft/Modular Kitchen etc.

Roles & Responsibilities for Production;
1. Production planning/scheduling. Setting up measurement systems for output andefficiency.2. Organize production to ensure that goods are produced on time, within budget and toquality standards.3. Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems4. Determine and implement improvements to the production process5. Prepare and maintain production reports6. Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions forimprovement.7. Expansion of the production unit.8. Excellent understanding of wood, various metals, leather, marble, LED and Metalplatting.9. Strong Network of vendors across India for Metal, Metal platting, casting, VMC, PVD and electroplating.

Key Skills
1. Proven working experience as Production Manager, Supervisor in High-end bespokefurniture industry.2. Knowledge about various crafts with Eye for detail3. Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures4. Machinery & Technical Knowledge5. Hands on experience in budgeting and purchasing management.6. Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills7. Outstanding negotiation skills8. Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset9. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
