Supervise operators and helpers for achieving the maximum overall equipment effectiveness (Improve OEE). Organise required tools, materials and manpower to each machinery and ensure uninterrupted flow. Follow SOPs and WIs to achieve maximum output and reduce rejections and wastage (Reduce rejections). Achieve production plan accuracy (Plan vs Actual) Report any quality issues, damages or break downs immediately to the concerned teams and implement corrective actions. Lead operators and helpers in achieving 5S and kaizen goals.
