Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategy and Development:

Overall responsibility for All Types Of machine manufacturing of Plant
Implement best manufacturing practices, processes and procedures to improve productivity
Take ownership to implement manufacturing policy, SOP, guidelines and any associated documents

General and Task Management:

Daily Standing Meeting with sub department of production as per given production planning.
Daily update master production schedule.
To ensure all machines made as per desired quality standards and as per Work order
Lead the Production planning on a day-to-day basis on the shop floor
To maintain targeted inventory levels
Monitor and ensure plan v/s actual production is as per daily target
Schedule shift according to production needs.
Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

Personal Development

Expertise in operation & technical know-how of all products
Keep paperwork organized and department ERP & ISO compliant
Acquire necessary Computer & ERP Proficiency
