Production Engineer

You are urgently required for the position of Production Engineer at Site 4, Kasna IND Area, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The salary offered for this role ranges from 25K to 30K, requiring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the field. Your main responsibilities will include planning and coordinating daily production processes to meet production targets, implementing process improvements for efficient material and equipment utilization, conducting manpower planning, cost reduction, rejection control, and quality improvement projects, as well as overseeing the implementation of Kaizen initiatives. It will be essential to adhere to product specifications and quality control measures, issue raw materials based on production planning, and take corrective and preventive actions to maintain quality standards. As a Production Engineer, you will be accountable for managing the production team, which involves training, performance monitoring, and fostering a positive work environment. Ensuring proper completion of daily check sheets, data recording, and compliance with quality standards, tools, work ideas, and safety protocols are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in MS Office, possess basic knowledge of 7QC tools, Kaizen, 5S, CAPA, Poka yoke, 4M, and 3M. Experience with ERP software will be advantageous. The eligibility criteria for this position include a B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a background in Injection Moulding. The job is full-time, requiring a Diploma qualification and at least 2 years of experience in plastics injection molding, 7QC tools, Kaizen, and Poka yoke.
