Job Description

WE HAVE VACANCY IN PPC - ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS as well as PPC - MECHANICAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ELECTRICAL Supervising the production line Inspecting product at all stages of production and post production Monitor consumable consumption to control the cost Maintaining safe and good quality environment in shop floor Responsible for training all operators/ technicians/ helpers Planning manpower, machine and material to increase productivity and reduce costs Implementation of KAIZEN and 5S culture on the shop floor Coordinating with other departments to ensure production schedules are met Achieve timely dispatch of orders as per the project timelines Responsible for reducing and tracking the Production losses during the process Responsible to follow the ISO process and adhere to the defined procedures Alter the Production process wherever it is required to improve the Productivity. Analyse, find and implement corrective actions within the Production Area. Responsible for effectively managing the team resources including team motivation, identify training needs, improve employee productivity and output efficiency Responsible for maintaining discipline within the team by all workers Responsible to implement quality system ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MECHANICAL Supervising all fabrication/ welding/ finishing activities on the shop floor Planning manpower, machine, material to increase productivity and reduce costs Inspecting product at all stages of production and post production, including buffing, polishing, painting, powder coating Monitor consumable consumption to control the cost Maintaining safe and good quality environment in shop floor Responsible for training all operators/ technicians/ helpers Responsible for maintaining discipline within the team by all workers Implementation of KAIZEN and 5 S culture in shop floor. Achieve timely dispatch of orders as per the project timelines Responsible for coordinating with interdependent departments to ensure timely delivery and dispatch QUALIFICATION & SKILLS: B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Electrical OR Mechanical Engineering 0-3 yrs experience Experience in Manufacturing industry Should be conversant with Production Machinery Knowledge of Kaizen and 5S Must have a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license Good written and oral communication skills Should know how to speak English & Kannada, Hindi Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
