Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer or Heavy fabrication responsible for PU Panel Production & Flashing in the Prefab Division. The role involves achieving daily production targets, maintaining quality standards, coordinating manpower, and ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor. Job Responsibilities Achieve daily production targets for each shift. Ensure production quality meets the defined standards. Supervise PU Panel Production and flashing activities within the prefab unit. Coordinate with on-roll and contractual workforce to maintain standard manpower levels. Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping on the shop floor. Fill and maintain daily production reports and related operational data. Follow a rotational shift schedule every 15 days. Support continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and efficiency.
