Experience: 2+ Years Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad Shift: Rotational Shift Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Key Responsibilities: - Led and supervised daily operations to ensure timely completion of team targets, driving productivity and efficiency. - Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet targetes. - Trained and mentored team members to enhance work quality and efficiency, promoting skill development and growth. - Maintained accurate records of production activities, ensuring transparency and accountability. - Managed inventory and performed reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies. - Optimized manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality, ensuring smooth production operations. - Maintained and troubleshot production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. - Documented production activities and maintained accurate records for future reference. - Managed inventory and performed reconciliation activities on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure accuracy and compliance - Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
