Production Support Location - Pune 3+ Years Mandatory Production support experience, preferably in banking. 24*7 On Desk Support. Observer and monitor the health of the application(s) including event and alert management. Perform Ready for Business checks, High volume processing and Special day handling process. Alerts/events handling Acknowledge, triage, investigate, troubleshoot & resolve within timelines and SLAs. Job scheduling and monitoring. Job failure analysis. Availability management - includes participate in regular DR, BCP activities and maintain documentation. Perform User operations queries Acknowledgement & resolve within timelines. Perform, troubleshoot and support periodic activities such as but not limited to, Beginning / End of Day, End of Month, End of Quarter, End of Year etc. Monitoring tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana
