Production Analyst, AVP

As a Production Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering a complex and critical production management, infrastructure, and application support service for relevant platforms, activities, and processes within the domain. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the day-to-day technology-based services, deploying new and complex applications, and ensuring the quality standards of all deployments into production environments. In this fast-paced and exciting role, you will collaborate closely with platform and domain stakeholders to enhance the robustness and resilience of the platform. Working with feature teams, you will proactively address upcoming changes to prevent potential issues and ensure seamless integration. Additionally, you will work on: - Collaborating with product development and feature teams to enable continuous integration and continuous deployment. - Participating in feature team refinement and planning sessions regularly. - Analyzing and diagnosing recurring platform and service incidents based on customer and stakeholder feedback to identify areas for service improvement. - Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by focusing on automation, scalability, continuous integration, and continuous delivery to strengthen the domain's robustness. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in platform, technology, products, and domains, along with experience in Agile or DevOps environments with a focus on continuous delivery and continuous integration. Specific requirements include: - Eight to twelve years of experience in Java production support. - Proficiency in ITIL processes and the bank's support methodologies. - Experience in AWS support environments. - Solid understanding of technologies such as MongoDB, microservices, and Kafka streaming.
