Define and govern standard product packages and configurations across customer segments. Maintain and continuously update the Bill of Materials (BOM) library. Collaborate with Sales and Design teams to ensure technical feasibility and cost alignment. Lead sourcing and procurement of critical SRT materials (inverters, structures, cabling, panels). Negotiate vendor contracts, rate agreements, and ensure TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) optimization. Identify, evaluate, and onboard a robust supplier base with performance tracking mechanisms. Drive supplier reviews, incoming quality checks, and ensure compliance with performance standards. Coordinate with PPC and Stores to ensure component availability and reduce aging stock and WIP. Strategically align inventory buffers based on demand variability. Streamline and digitize supply workflows using SAP HANA. Implement dashboard-based BOM procurement tracking and monitoring. Develop auto-trigger systems to ensure proactive replenishment of critical materials. Monitor trends in key component pricing and maintain real-time cost databases. Collaborate with Sales and Design for price competitiveness and cost modelling.
