Product Sales Engineer

As a Sales Activity professional at our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving product orders through effective communication and visits as per the established plan. Your responsibilities will include generating leads from both existing and new customers utilizing various methods. It will be important for you to leverage your technical knowledge to engage in discussions with customers, based on your educational background and continuous self-learning. Your success in this role will require a high level of self-motivation and a target-oriented approach. You should possess excellent communication skills in English as well as in vernacular languages. Additionally, having strong analytical skills for data management and MIS preparation, systematic planning abilities for self-monitoring, and proficiency in technical sales discussions and negotiation will be key competencies for this position. In this role, you will be expected to focus on increasing company sales, acquiring new customers, managing lead/inquiry data, maintaining customer relationships, and engaging in social media marketing activities to promote the company's products and services. To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in industrial product sales, particularly in B2B sales within industries such as clean room equipment, HEPA filters, or project-based sales. A background in mechanical engineering through graduation or diploma will be preferred for this role. Within the organization, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Engineer, Design Engineer, and Accountant departments. Externally, you will engage with purchase personnel on the customer side to build and maintain strong business relationships for long-term success.
