We're seeking a seasoned Real Estate Product & Process Trainer with a proven track record of working with top builders or real estate developers. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in delivering On-the-Job Training (OJT) and sales training programs specifically tailored to the real estate sector. A strong background in training sales teams for builders, channel partners, or other stakeholders is highly desirable. Key responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging training programs that drive sales performance and product knowledge.
Prior experience in training sales teams for builders or channel partners is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
