Job Description

Description We are seeking a skilled Product Manager (Tech) to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a passion for technology, and the ability to drive the development and launch of innovative products. Responsibilities Define the product vision and strategy based on market research and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch. Conduct competitive analysis and user research to inform product decisions. Create and maintain product roadmaps and feature prioritization based on business goals and user feedback. Gather and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform future product iterations. Skills and Qualifications 4-8 years of experience in product management or related field, preferably in a tech environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product concepts and collaborate with diverse teams. Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and customer journey mapping. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
