Role & responsibilities Performance Analysis: Monitor and interpret key website metrics to inform strategic decisions UI/UX Optimization: Collaborate with design teams to suggest and implement user-centric improvements A/B Testing: Design and oversee experiments to validate feature enhancements and user flows. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure cohesive product development. Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in data analysis, user experience principles, and agile methodologies A team player with proven ability to collaborate with functional and cross functional teams Strong communication skills, agility and commitment to drive success for the entire team
