This Opening is with a leading Life Insurance company for their office in Mumbai location Role: Product Manager - Product Filing & Development/ Digital Products Experience: 5 - 10 Years Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: Co-own digital strategy and initiatives with channel and IT stakeholders Assist in planning, design and development of the product strategy & Digital initiatives to meet company's business objective Continuously try to develop new business/channel propositions and drive their success Help coherence between business and PM team wrt development and driving success of new products as agreed in product planner within agreed timelines Timely publication of Monthly Competition Update / Segment Analysis/Competition Benchmarking from a product market fit wrt digital transformation & enablement Maintain a repository of competition products, journeys, sales tools Meet channel partners on regular basis to understand product needs and provide support to meet channel's business targets Development of Digital Collaterals and advice tools to optimally position products Drive product or category success by liasoning with internal and external stakeholders. Interfaces Internal: Actuary Sales & Sales Distribution Operations Underwriting Marketing Strategy CEO & Sales & Sales Distribution Team Interfaces External: Vendor Partners Authorities Key Performance Indicators Skills & Competencies: Delivery of all assigned work items tasks accurately & timely manner Good at communication and preparing presentations Qualification Requirement: Postgraduate preferably with Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / MBA / Marketing background. Relevant Work-experience Required: 10+ years total experience, with minimum 5 years in core life insurance product development and digital product experience Proficient in Excel and Good presentation & communication skills Should have good understanding of market dynamics Language Proficiency: English & Hindi.
