Product Development (PD) Job Description. It encompasses the responsibilities related to creating and managing the development of new textile products, from initial concept to production-ready stage.
1. This involves various tasks such as trend analysis, fabric sourcing, design collaboration, sampling, costing, and ensuring timely delivery of samples for approval.
2. Creating new textile products based on trend analysis, customer feedback, and company goals
3. Sourcing and selecting appropriate fabrics for new products, considering factors like quality, cost, and availability.
4. Making & Managing Tech peck & Custom PPTs.
5. Knowledge of yarns, fabrics, Textures -DOBBY , JACQUARD & Embroidery making..
6. To coordinate with Merchants & Production and make sure all the technical limitations are closed well in time.
1. Must have Technical background in Quality in Textiles.
2. Good communication and presentation skills.
