Product Development Manager

As a Product Owner/Manager at Aerocraft Engineering in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for leading the vision of an internal web application that captures the Procurement Business Workflow. The application is developed using PHP, Angular, MySQL, and CI, along with AI/ML technologies. You will play a key role in defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap. This includes aligning the software development team and internal stakeholders around the product vision, creating and managing the product roadmap for short-term deliverables and long-term innovation, and integrating AI/ML into the application. Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with business users to gather and understand requirements, translating them into actionable user stories, and prioritizing product features and capabilities based on business value and technical feasibility are crucial aspects of the role. You will own the team backlog and fulfillment work, being involved in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth progress. Overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, will be part of your accountability. This includes defining and analyzing product metrics and analytics, monitoring project timelines, identifying risks, and proactively addressing issues to ensure on-time delivery. Collaboration with QA teams to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications, as well as implementing feedback loops for continuous improvement, will be essential for maintaining the application's quality standards. The technology stack of the application includes Angular/MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) and AI/ML components.
