Job Title Site Engineering commissioning- Export (Substation Automation) About the Role Site Engineering commissioning- Professional Commissioning activity for Substation Automation / Feeder Automation Covering RTU, SCADA /HMI and Network at International project sites & Domestic sites Configuration of communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3.0, IEC61850, IEC60870-5-103 & creation of Data set, RCBs & Tagging of signals. Knowledge of PC Networking , switch, router, GPS, Firewall Substation Automation Process Level, Bay Level, Control Level Substation Protocol Knowledge Modbus, T101/104, IEC 61850, DNP3, OPC including configuration and analysis of these protocols by applications and tools OS and Tools Windows , PC Applications, PC communication, serial/ IP netwroking. Debugging toolsModscan, IEC Tester , IED Scout, Wireshark Preparation of Commissioning documents such as SAT, Test Reports, Commissioning schedule Plans & MOM. Planning and execution of training courses and customer presentations. OS Windows, PC communication serial/ IP Willing to travel as the role demands minimum 80-80% travel. Conducting FAT and SAT Preparation of commissioning procedure & MOM. About the Role Site Engineering commissioning- Professional Knowledge on Testing and commissioning of Control & Relay Panels up to 765kV. Testing & commissioning of Protection Relays & Schemes for MV and HV application such as feeder, transformer, distance, generator, line differential, bus bar, etc. Protection IED Configuration, Parametrization, Goosing, interoperability & integration with Scada. Configuration of communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3.0, IEC61850, IEC60870-5-103 & creation of Data set, RCBs & Tagging of signals. Retrofitting & trouble shooting Retrofitting of Protection IED, trouble shooting and Replacement of CRP. Hands on operating knowledge of secondary injection test kit like Omicron, doble, Ponovo, Isa etc. & Auto Testing Method like OCC, State Sequencing, Distance & Differential Characteristics Test. Preparation of Commissioning documents such as SAT, Test Reports, Commissioning schedule Plans & MOM. Planning and execution of training courses and customer presentations. OS Windows, PC communication serial/ IP Willing to travel as the role demands minimum 80-80% travel. Conducting FAT and SAT Preparation of commissioning procedure & MOM. Overview The Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing the inspection and verification of products, processes, and systems to ensure that the Peak global quality standards are consistently met, while also managing preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and infrastructure to maximize operational efficiency. This role ensures that production output meets both internal and external customer expectations while minimizing downtime and optimizing resource usage. Your responsibilities encompass all aspects of the business, from strategy development to execution. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure seamless coordination across various functions. Duties and Responsibilities Quality Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems across all operational areas. Set quality assurance objectives and monitor compliance with standards (ISO, industry-specific regulations, etc.). Supervise and train quality control inspectors and technicians. Analyze quality performance data, identify trends, and lead corrective action initiatives. Coordinate with various departments to address quality issues and ensure continuous improvement. Handle technical escalations and customer complaints regarding product quality and ensure effective root cause analysis and resolution. Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to be completed within time frame assigned. Lead internal and external audits. Maintain documentation of inspection and test results, ensuring proper reporting and record-keeping. Calibration & Maintenance Responsibilities: Oversee the calibration and maintenance of all plant machinery, equipment, and facilities. Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution. Arrange to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and structural issues quickly to minimize downtime. Manage inventory of critical machine spare parts and coordinate with vendors or internal procurement team for procurement of machinery or services. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities. Prepare and manage the Quality, calibration & maintenance budget. Prepare and manage the Quality, calibration & maintenance system. Skills and Qualifications Strong collaboration skills required. Excellent knowledge of quality control principles and regulatory standards. Expertise in preventive maintenance strategies and asset management. Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency with SAP ERP systems, and quality management software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance/control and maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing, production, or engineering environment. ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit Certification is required. Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certifications would be advantageous.

Position Title: Product Compliance Engineer Technical Market Access Location: Chennai, India Department: Technical Market Access Experience Required: 5+ years Industry Preferred: Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) / Home Appliances About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Product Compliance Engineer to join our Technical Market Access team in India. This role requires in-depth knowledge of product regulations, Indian and IEC standards, and product testing—preferably within the home appliances sector. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, regulatory expertise, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to support compliance efforts in India and the ASEAN region. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance: Ensure local compliance with Technical Market Access legal requirements, as well as BSH global and local policies, standards, and regulations across India and ASEAN countries. Standards Implementation: Collaborate with global teams to implement and monitor processes ensuring conformity of products (produced or sold) in the Indian market. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of technical market access requirements in the BSH homologation database. Regulatory Representation: Represent BSH’s interests in industry associations and with regulatory authorities by formulating and advocating company positions on local standards and regulations. Market Surveillance: Address market surveillance notifications from regulatory bodies and coordinate necessary internal responses. Factory Inspections: Manage factory inspection processes and compliance with regulatory agency requirements. Preferred Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product regulatory and compliance functions, preferably in the home appliances industry. Required Skills Solid technical foundation in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Strong understanding of product regulatory compliance processes. Familiarity with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) regulations. Experience with BIS certification and renewal for factory operations. Ability to interpret and implement national and international standards. Knowledge of safety and energy efficiency testing for home appliances. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Self-driven, organized, and adaptable with an agile mindset. Strong communication skills and proven intercultural collaboration experience. Fluency in English , Hindi , and Tamil is essential.
