We are seeking a talented Product Analyst / Sr. Product Analyst with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic product engineering team at Gritstone Technologies . The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, gathering product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and enhancement of products that align with client needs and business objectives. Senior candidates will be expected to take on additional responsibilities, such as mentoring junior analysts and leading critical product initiatives. Product Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. Analyze product performance using data-driven insights to recommend improvements. Work closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and document product requirements. Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Create detailed product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to refine requirements. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and QA teams to ensure seamless product development. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment. Assist in prioritizing product backlogs based on business value and technical feasibility. Product Lifecycle Management: Support product managers in defining product roadmaps and release plans. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends. Provide actionable insights to guide product improvements and future developments. Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product requirements are accurately tested. Validate features and functionalities post-development to ensure they meet business objectives
