Procurement Specialist

You will be joining our dynamic team at Resonance Integrated Solutions Private Limited as a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist. Your main responsibilities will include managing purchasing processes, vendor selection, negotiation, maintaining vendor relationships, and developing sourcing strategies to enhance procurement operations. Your key responsibilities will involve raising enquiries, obtaining offers from suppliers, conducting technical and commercial comparisons, searching for new vendors, following up on deliveries, coordinating with cross-functional teams for inspections, and ensuring accurate procurement records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of experience in the purchase department under a manager, showcasing independent capabilities. Proficiency in procurement software, tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite is required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
