Key Responsibilities

Estimation:

• Review HVAC project drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
  
• Prepare cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors).
  
• Create bid proposals with detailed breakdowns.
  
• Update cost projections during project lifecycle.
  
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Project teams for alignment.
  
• Maintain documentation for estimations and RFPs.
  

Procurement:

• Identify and finalize HVAC material and equipment vendors.
  
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
  
• Prepare and track purchase orders using

  Opterix ERP

  .
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project needs.
  
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with site teams.
  
• Collaborate with accounts and planning for vendor payments.
  
• Handle vendor performance evaluation and maintain records.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / HVAC / Production Engineering / Supply Chain.
  
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in HVAC Estimation and/or Procurement.
  
• Sound knowledge of HVAC materials, systems, and installation processes.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD (for BOQ review), and Opterix ERP or similar tools.
  
• Strong negotiation, documentation, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tenders/procurements simultaneously.
