Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Procurement Intern to support our procurement team

in sourcing, vendor management, and purchase order processing. This internship will provide

hands-on experience in supply chain operations and procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and evaluating vendor proposals.
• Support in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
• Maintain and update procurement records and supplier databases.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Assist in negotiations and vendor communication.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams to fulfill procurement needs efficiently.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Master’s degree in Supply

Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management is a plus.
