As a Partnership Growth Manager at Amber, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with accommodation partners across key markets. Your responsibilities will include driving portfolio expansion, improving property performance through data analysis, and negotiating partnership agreements. By identifying growth opportunities within existing partnerships, you will contribute to the overall business growth and success. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends and partner performance to develop expansion plans for partners scaling their student housing offerings. You will be responsible for building standardized processes for partnership management and implementing proven practices to increase occupancy rates and revenue. By onboarding new partners with training and support systems, you will ensure smooth operations and foster strong relationships. To excel in this role, you must have 6-7 years of experience in B2B Accounts, Outbound Partnership management, Account management, and Business development. Your track record of driving growth in marketplace and platform businesses, coupled with analytical skills in performance metrics and data interpretation, will be essential. Effective communication and relationship-building abilities, along with a process-oriented approach and international market exposure, are must-haves for this position. Experience in PropTech, travel, or marketplace industries, as well as a background in real estate, hospitality, or student services, would be considered nice-to-haves. Revenue growth experience with outbound partners will be an added advantage. As a Partnership Growth Manager, you should possess a growth mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments. Problem-solving skills, lateral thinking, and cultural awareness will be key attributes that contribute to your success in this role.
