You are a dynamic and driven marketer who excels in creativity, strategy, and execution. In the role of Process Lead / Assistant Manager - Brand & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand narrative, executing memorable campaigns, and establishing organic growth engines. If you have a passion for crafting sharp copies, generating viral-worthy content ideas, and bringing brand stories to life, then this position is tailored for you. Your responsibilities will include: Copywriting & Content Development: - Crafting impactful ad copies, emailers, website content, social media posts, and marketing scripts. - Developing creative scripts for video ads, branded content, and influencer-led pieces. - Transforming brand messaging into compelling narratives across various platforms. Brand & Campaign Management: - Conceptualizing, planning, and executing 360 brand campaigns to enhance awareness, engagement, and growth. - Collaborating with internal teams, designers, video editors, and external agencies for seamless campaign delivery. - Monitoring campaign performance to derive insights for future enhancements. Social Media & Content Strategy: - Managing the social media calendar to ensure content alignment with brand tonality and business objectives. - Identifying trends, engaging with communities, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across platforms. - Supervising the creation of short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc. Creative & Visual Communication: - Working closely with graphic designers to ensure visuals complement the messaging effectively. - Demonstrating a keen eye for design, layout, and maintaining brand consistency across all collaterals. Organic Growth & Brand Building: - Developing and expanding organic acquisition channels such as content marketing, social media, UGC campaigns, and influencer engagement. - Exploring partnerships, community-led initiatives, and growth strategies to enhance brand salience efficiently. What We're Seeking: - 2-6 years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, or campaign management. - Exceptional copywriting abilities with a profound understanding of storytelling and consumer psychology. - Proven track record in executing integrated brand campaigns, covering the entire journey from concept to implementation. - Strong grasp of social media trends, video content formats, and performance marketing. - Basic knowledge of graphic design and video content workflows. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently. - Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for experimentation, creativity, and proactive approach.,
