Role & responsibilities • Planning and setting up new assembly line, end to end process validation & implementation for new product • Resource planning and ensure availability on-time • PSPHW / Jigs & Fixtures planning & validation • Equipment selection, validation, implementation & monitoring the performance • Focus on Process improvements which results in Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Safety [i.e. Manufacturing Failure Rate Reduction, UPH & UPPH improvement & other yield improvements] • Responding to Customer complaint and implementing corrective & preventive action • Kaizen Initiatives • Quality system documentation related to process engineering • New Technology introduction • Localization of tools and Fixtures • Design and development of work station and tools • Fuse Configuration, Label design and Varient management
